Members of the Board are appointed by OnePort’s shareholders namely Hongkong International Terminals Limited (HIT), Modern Terminals Limited (MTL), COSCO-HIT Terminals (Hong Kong) Limited (CHT) and Tradelink Electronic Commerce Limited. Largely coming from top management teams of HIT & MTL, board members have extensive experience in both Hong Kong logistics community and the port industry. Their global vision, in-depth knowledge on the local market and strong business acumen leads OnePort to continually fine-tune development directions and effectively exercise corporate governance.

Dr Saimond Ip, the Chief Executive Officer of OnePort Limited, received his PhD in Management Information Systems from Cambridge University, UK. He spent six years with the leading management consulting firm McKinsey & Co, advising multinational and local logistics and technology companies on strategic and operational issues. Saimond was the chairman of an ecommerce company that was listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. He founded three other technology companies, including a graphics software developer and a mobile location technology vendor. He was also the Executive Director of Hong Kong Pearl River Delta Foundation.

Philip Ho, the Chief Operating Officer of OnePort Limited, obtained a Master Degree in Business Administration & a Bachelor Degree in Management Information System from University of Hawaii, U.S.A. Philip has extensive working experience in IT solutions and related services, cutting across multiple disciplines, including system development, business process re-engineering, solutions program management, product marketing, business development and sales support. He gained his experience in terminal operations and logistics industry when he joined HIT in 1995. Philip had been with Unisys (Asia) for five years, overseeing regional sales management of a premium corporate solution program in financial services. Prior to joining OnePort, Philip was the Country Director of Singapore NCS Pte. Ltd, spearheading business development and country operations of its Hong Kong subsidiary.
