RE: Tighten Credit for Suspended Customer due to Delayed Payments

OnePort used to extend credit to all customers to allow payment after the services are rendered. But some customers abuse the system and delay payments substantially, leading to multiple suspensions of their accounts. OnePort has therefore decided to tighten credit for these customers as follows:
 
1.   
If your account is suspended due to substantial payment delay for the first time, you will be charged an administration fees of 5% of the total amount due (subject to a minimum of HK$500) before we consider resuming services.
2.   
If your account is suspended more than once, OnePort reserves the right to permanently terminate all services and the default payment record will be sent to all Kwai Tsing terminals for further courses of action. If we ever consider resuming services for you, you will be charged the above-mentioned administration fees (ie., 5% of total amount due, subject to a minimum of $500) plus a deposit (which will be refunded upon future termination of services). The amount of the deposit will depend on your usage and payment records. The deposit could not be used against your future monthly payments: you still need to settle all monthly dues as soon as possible.
 
To avoid any of these conveniences, you are strongly urged to settle all monthly payments immediately upon receipt of the statements.
