Cargo & Container Coverage

Empty-Pickup
  • Use of QR code at gate for following container types:
    • Normal Empty Pick-up
  • Presentation of relevant paper documents at gate for following container types:
    • Pre-trip Inspection (PTI)
    • Active Reefer Pick-up*
    • Nominated Pick-up*
    • Outside Shipment
    • Off-lease
    • Out for Repair
* Due to operational reason, the shipping line must notify the terminal by email in advance and obtain confirmation from the terminal before pick-up.
  • Use of QR code at gate for following container types:
    • Normal Empty Pick-up
    • Pre-trip Inspection (PTI)
    • Active Reefer Pick-up*
    • Nominated Pick-up*
  • Presentation of relevant paper documents at gate for following container types:
    • Outside shipment
    • Off-lease
    • Out for repair

Laden-Return
  • Use of QR code at gate for the following container types:
    • Normal Laden Return
    • Active/ Dry Reefer Return
  • Relevant paper documents of following types still required alongside QR code scanning due to operational reason:
    • Dangerous Cargo (e.g. DG Permit）
    • Dutiable Cargo (e.g. tax certificate)
    • Out of Gauge (OOG)
    • Damage XM Return
  • Presentation of relevant paper documents at gate for following container types:
    • Export Empty
    • Rework/ Cancel Shipment
  • Use of QR code at gate for the following container types:
    • Normal Laden Return
    • Active/ Dry Reefer Return
    • Export Empty
  • Relevant paper documents of following types still required alongside QR code scanning due to operational reason:
    • Dangerous Cargo (e.g. DG Permit）
    • Dutiable Cargo (e.g. tax certificate)
