電子碼頭收據 (eTR) 系統
「增值版」及「XB版」的使用條款及收費

1 服務概要

  1.1 基本版：
    提供免費基本功能如轉送及接收 (通常在出閘後一小時內，實際視乎當時系統使用情況)，實際視乎當時系統使用情況)、資料瀏覽 (每次一張)、搜尋、列印 *、收據核對 *、編印交易報告 (只適用於運輸公司)。
* 運輸公司不適用
     
  1.2 增值版：
    提供基本及增值如即時轉送及接收、資料瀏覽、搜尋、即時列印 * 、收據核對 * 、優先電話客戶服務支援、編印交易報告 (只適用於運輸公司)。
* 運輸公司不適用
     
  1.3 XB版：
    除包括所有基本及增值版功能外，XB版額外提供以下功能及優點：
         ♦    eTR 桌面
                •  主動提醒出現pending櫃
                •  查詢船期及個別貨櫃最新狀況
                •  eTR 系統使用情況監察
                •  碼頭通告
         ♦    更高效率的系統
                •  精簡操作介面
                •  加速數據處理
         ♦    加強業界之間更緊密合作
                •  瀏覽其他公司的資訊 (須獲其授權)
                •  自動轉送付重的電子收據
     

2 eTR 增值版及XB版收費計劃及條款
  Fees & Payment Terms of eTR Premium and XB Versions

  2.1 付貨人及貨運代理 Shippers & Freight Forwarders :
    增值版:
每月每 100 個交易收費 HK$70 ( 交易次數是以貨櫃的一個出口或入口完整流程計算 )
Premium Version:
HK$70 per month for every hundred end-to-end transactions. All the messages and functions related to the handling of the same export or import container is counted as one end-to-end transaction.
    XB版:
從2008年8月1日起，每月每 100 個交易收費 HK$95 ( 交易次數是以貨櫃的一個出口或入口完整流程計算 )。 一路通有限公司於2008年7月推出優惠試用計劃，用戶在7月內可以目前eTR 增值版收費試用eTR XB 版。
XB:
Effective August 1st 2008, the service fee is HK$95 per month for every hundred end-to-end transactions. All the messages and functions related to the handling of the same export or import container is counted as one end-to-end transaction. In July 2008, OnePort will offer a promotional trial where the service fee is the same as the fee charged for eTR premium version during July 2008.
     
  2.2 運輸公司 Trucking Companies:
    增值版:
每月每車輛為港幣 45 元 。如該車輛每月交收重櫃少於 5 次，將不收取費用 ( 即使用戶使用額外增值服務 )
Premium Version:
HK$45 per month per truck. No charge (even for premium services) for trucks with less than 5 laden containers per month.
    XB版:
從2008年8月1日起，每月每車輛為港幣 49 元 。如該車輛每月交收重櫃少於 5 次，將不收取費用 ( 即使用戶使用eTR XB服務) 。 一路通有限公司於2008年7月推出優惠試用計劃，用戶在7月內可以目前eTR 增值版收費試用eTR XB 版。
XB:
Effective August 1st 2008, the service fee is HK$49 per month per truck. No charge (even for using eTR XB) for trucks with less than 5 laden containers per month. In July 2008, OnePort will offer a promotional trial where the service fee is the same as the fee charged for eTR premium version during July 2008.
     
  2.3 收費條款 Payment Terms:
    在任何一個月 ，如果曾經使用增值版或XB版服務 ( 包括通過網上 、 電話客戶服務支援等途徑 ) ，該公司在該月的所有貨櫃一律按增值版或 XB 版收費計劃的計算方式計算。
All containers appeared on the company's account in any particular month will be subject to the above pricing plan provided the user, at any time within that month, has used any eTR premium or eTR XB services through OnePort.com and customer service.
    ** 一路通有限公司於2008年7月推出優惠試用計劃，用戶在7月內可以目前eTR 增值版收費試用eTR XB 版。

  2.4 躉船營運商 Barge Operators:
    以上的收費不適用於躉船營運商的用戶 ( 但適用於其相關的陸路運輸公司或貨代 )。躉船營運商即使使用增值版，仍然不收取任何費用。
The charges are not applicable to barge operators (but they are applicable to their related trucking companies & forwarders). Barge operators do not need to pay any fees even if they use the eTR Premium version.

3 客戶服務
  3.1 增值及XB版的用戶可獲優先的電話客戶服務支援 (電話 : 3101-8362)。
     
  3.2 基本版的免費電話客戶服務支援(電話號碼容後公佈。在免費電話號碼公佈前，基本版用戶請繼續致電 3101-8362，電話服務暫時免費)。

4 繳費方式及須知
  4.1 除與一路通有限公司的營業部作特別安排，用戶一概按以下方式繳款 。
     
  4.2 每月初 ，一路通有限公司將為每個公司戶口計算上一個月的用量，並立刻向用戶以電郵及傳真方式發出繳費通知；用戶必須在收妥繳費通知後即時以支票付款。

5 其他條款
  5.1 會員細則、網頁使用細則可在一路通有限公司的網站下載。

6 備註
  6.1 如有需要，本公司對以上條款，會作適當補充或更改。
