Payment Methods and Related Information

  1. 每月初，一路通將為每個公司戶口計算上一個月的所有用量，並立刻可透過系統下載以或電郵方式向用戶發出繳費通知書；繳費通知書須即時繳付。
    OnePort will issue a billing statement, on the system for download and by email, shortly after the end of each month for all charges incurred in that month. All bills are immediately payable upon receipt.
  2. 繳費通知書清晰列明具體付款指示。
    Specific payment instructions are clearly stipulated on the billing statement.
  3. 客戶可選擇使用以下方法繳付繳費通知書:
    Customers can choose to settle the billing statement through the following payment methods:
    1. 自動轉賬
      Autopay
      • 只需填妥直接付款授權書，便可設立自動轉賬。
        (若「自動轉賬」成功設立，在一路通的繳費通知書上將清楚列明該次的付款方式已由支票轉為「自動轉賬」。)
        By completing the Direct Debit Authorization Form, you can set up autopay to settle the billing statement.
        (If the set-up is successful, it will be indicated on billing statement (with 'Autopay' as your 'Payment Method'.)
    2. 網上銀行轉帳
      Online Banking Transfer
      • 你可透過你銀行的網上銀行服務便捷地支付你的一路通帳單。為了方便快速辨識入款者及金額，一路通已特別與銀行安排，為每位一路通客戶預設獨立專屬的入款帳戶（每位一路通客戶各別）。請以網上銀行支付方式，轉帳至「你的專屬入款帳戶」(按照一路通繳費通知書首頁顯示的「你的專屬入款帳戶」) 。請留意，上述支付方式並不支援其他方式 (包括「轉數快」、自動櫃員機（現金或支票）、銀行櫃位服務或外匯轉賬等方式)。有關網上銀行支付指示及細則，請細閱你的一路通繳費通知書。
        You can pay your OnePort bills through your bank's online banking service. To facilitate quick identification of the payee and the amount, OnePort has specially arranged with our bank to provide a dedicated bank-in account for each OnePort customer (unique to each OnePort customer). You can transfer payments through online banking to your dedicated bank-in account number as shown on the first page of your OnePort billing statement. Please note that the above payment method does NOT support other methods, including "FPS" (Faster Payment System), ATM (cash or cheque), bank counter services, foreign exchange transfers, etc. For instructions and details on online banking payments, please refer to the OnePort billing statement.
    3. 支票付款 (需收取處理費用)
      Cheque Payment (a processing fee is required)
      • 支票抬頭請填上「一路通有限公司」，並連同繳費通知書副本寄回荃灣郵政局郵政信箱 1265 號，恕不接受郵寄之現金及期票。
        Please make cheque payable to “OnePort Limited” and return the cheque together with the duplicate copy of this billing statement to P.O. Box No. 1265, Tsuen Wan Post Office, Tsuen Wan. Post-dated cheque or cash will not be accepted.
